*Make sure your first and second sets are heavy enough to count as your working weight. These are not “warm-up” sets.

WOD

Buy in: Run 800m, 50 Hollow Rocks
Then 3 RFT:
20 Overhead walking lunges 45/25 (platea)
20 KB Snatch 53/35
20 Ring Dips
