Skill:
Heavy Push Jerk
3-3-3-3-3
(every set should be very heavy)

Team WOD:
with a 4 person team, each person begins on a station and must complete the following before moving onto next station. WOD is complete when last person finishes the last movement

50 Wall Balls 20/14
50 KB Swings 70/53
25 Overhead Squats 135/95
Row 500m
