3 Rounds
20 Deadlifts 185/115
20 Box Jumps 24/20
20 Ring Dips

Regardless of what’s in the wod or the time cap, you should always be pushing yourself to the absolute limit. If you haven’t figured it out by now, CrossFit is all about INTENSITY. When you feel like resting, that’s when you need to do ONE MORE REP! That is when change happens. Push yourself 100% of the way, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’re in here to get a good workout. You get out what you put in.
