Hang Clean 10 x 2
Each set of 2 is performed UNBROKEN. Must be a 2 second pause at the hang position and at the catch.

WOD: Grace, Kinda
30 Deadlifts
30 Hang Cleans (elbows in front of bar, and fully standing at top of the catch. Anything less, NO REP)
30 Shoulder to Overhead
135#/95#
