Max Power Clean & Push Jerk

5 sets of 2 barbell complex:
Hang Snatch (full)
Overhead Squat
Snatch Balance
Overhead Squat

Perform these movements twice through without setting the barbell down. You may take as long as you need between each movement, but bar cannot be dropped until all 4 movements have been completed. Repeat for 5 total sets. Penalties will be given if barbell is dropped within a set. Score will be total load.
