30 Toes thru rings

*If these weights look too heavy to you, then they probably are. Just because we have listed “prescribed” weights on the board DOES NOT MEAN you have to use these weights. Especially if your 5 rep max thruster is 95 lbs (like mine). Pick a managable, but challenging weight. Since you will most likely only get through a few rounds, you need to push yourself. For a lot of you, prescribed weights are more of something to strive to, rather than actually use in a WOD. If you’ve been coming for a while, you know exactly how much weight should be on the bar. Newer members, if you’re not sure, experiment and ask a coach. Remember, it’s just a workout. You get out what you put in!!
