Mondays are the Pits!

Instead of the pits, do the splits! Cheesy, I know. Sorry.

Split Jerk- from behind the head 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

 

21-15-9 Wall Ball 20/12 Weighted Sit Up 20/12

You can essentially complete this workout without ever dropping the medicine ball. For the weighted sit ups, we are looking for an overhead reach to touch the floor behind you, and then come up into your sit up with arms locked out in front of you holding the medicine ball at a 45 degree angle.
