Seems like two VERY simple movements, right? 😉

I hope to see everyone tmrw for the 9:30 WOD. It’s gonna be a girl, and it’s gonna be hard. Just a heads up.

Also, if you happen to have any spare time tmrw, CrossFit West Sac is hosting an annual event, Barbells 4 Boobs. It is a fundraiser that provides funding for mammograms and screening for the prevention of breast cancer. The event starts around 9am and will go into the afternoon. There will be a WOD.
