Power Clean
3-3-3-1-1-1

5 rounds for time:

7 Power Clean & Jerk 135/95
21 Double Unders*

Instead of single substitutions, if you don’t have double unders, you will practice them for one minute each round. ONE MINUTE, NO LESS! And DO NOT just do singles, attempt as many double unders as possible.

Also, make sure you are push jerking. No push press allowed.
