Row 1000m
Rest 3 min

5 rounds, amrap:
Max Strict T2B
Max Push Up

There is no time limit, nor are you scoring for time. Score is as many unbroken reps as possible til failure for each movement, each round. Failure is when you drop from hang position on the bar, or if you take too long to rest between reps for T2B. Failure in push ups is either when your form breaks (snaking up, not coming to full extension etc.) or if you take too long to rest between reps. Be honest! Coaches cannot watch all of you at once.
