Sound familiar?

1-1-1-1-1-1-1

5, 3 minute rounds:
40 m sprint
10 Thrusters 95/65
10 KB swings 53/35

 

Does this workout look familiar? Last week it was sprints, deadlifts & burpees. This week, it’s thrusters and kettle bell swings. This will definitely be more taxing as both movements include weight. You will have to work a lot harder and faster to finish each round within the 3 minutes, let alone have some rest time.
