Getting lower makes you stronger!!

Front Squat
3-3-3-3-3 with 3 sec pause at bottom

7 rounds:
10 Wall Balls
10 Pull Ups

Holding your squat in the very bottom position for that 3 seconds will make you stronger in ALL of your squats. Make sure it is the FULL 3 seconds. Elbows up!
