10-15 min Rope Climb

2, 5 min AMRAPs:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc
Muscle Up
HSPU

or…

3, 6, 9, 12, 15 etc
Pull Up
Push Up

Pick one, work for 5 minutes, rest for 5 minutes then repeat starting over.
Score combined reps
