Hang Squat Snatch
3-3-3-3-3-3-3

4 rounds- 90 seconds each
Row 250m
with remaining time, amrap Overhead Squat 115/75
90 sec rest between rounds

ALWAYS PUSH YOURSELF TO YOUR ABSOLUTE LIMIT!!

Especially since you get a rest period in this WOD, each round should be a sprint.
