10 thrusters (95,65)

10 C2B pull ups

10 burpees

rest 3 minutes

2 rounds (2-4 minute range)

10 thursters

10 C2B pull ups

10 burpees

rest 2 minutes….

1 round

10 thursters

10 c2b pull ups

10 burpees

then….

30 reps snatch grip deadlift  (255, 175)
