I’m seeing double…

Thursday 5/10

30 Front Squats 185/125
Then…..

3 RFT:
5 Snatch 135/95
10 Power Cleans 135/95
15 Deadlifts 135/95
20 wall balls**

SAME WEIGHT FOR ALL 3 LIFTS. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

**There will be a double squat every throw. You will squat and throw the ball and while the ball is in the air you will do an extra squat before catching the ball. **

Once you make it through today’s WOD, be prepared for Friday.

I’m think I’ll be seeing double then too…
