Crossfit For Hope

Everyone please please please click this link and sign up for the Crossfit For Hope event. After you sign up, you will set a goal for the money you plan to raise to help the children of St Judes. The WOD will take place in June. We will be going to a neighboring Crossfit Gym to compete in the workout. It is fight gone bad style, one minute at each station. Deadlift 5-3-3-3-1


5 rounds

20 push ups (with hand release at bottom)

15 pull ups

10 pistols

5 kip ups (see video), we will be subbing kip ups if needed.
