then
Every minute on the minute:
20 DU’s
1 Snatch @ 80% 1RM

If you cannot complete the 1 rep snatch, finish with minute with double unders.

If you didn’t hear, we had quite the rowing party yesterday. Everyone loved it! Great job guys.
