Row 250m
50 Double Unders
40 Kettelbell swings
30 Wall balls
20 Pull ups
10 Burpee box jumps
Run 400m

Today. Today is the time to finally listen to what you’ve probably been hearing from everyone around you. TRY CROSSFIT! Throw away all your perceived notions of this so called sport and see for yourself. We aren’t crazy fire breathing acrobats, sandbag carrying giants or snobby cavemen. We are athletes who crave diversity, functionality, camaraderie, and challenge. It is our job, the coaches at Crossfit Woodland, to test your physicals limit and take you places you never thought possible. We take our coaching opportunities very seriously and strive to provide the best instruction. 

With that being said, what will it hurt? To come and TRY. Come on a Saturday. Come with a friend, come with a fellow current member. DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED. We love seeing new faces. Ever wanted to do real pull ups? Done. Handstands? No problem. How about being able to lift your own body weight overhead? Totally possible. All you have to do is walk in those doors. You might be crawling out of them an hour later, but I promise you, it’ll be worth it.
