Good Times CrossFit Sacramento Invitational
“In a Pinch”

150m pinch plate 35/15
30 burpees
30 OVH Squats 95/65
300m sprint
30 Box Jumps 24/20
150m pinch plate 35/15

The Invitational WOD has a 15 minute time cap, but we’re going to extend it so you all have an appreciation of what Erica will be going through. Maybe we should warm up with some heavy snatches and overhead squats, clean and jerk ladder, and a short met-con. Enjoy!
