Hope everyone enjoyed the Easter weekend and got their fill of chocolate bunnies and deviled eggs. Back to the grind.

Back Squat
5-5-5-5-5
Find a working 5 rep weight and do 5 rounds at that weight

Then:
5 rounds of
10 DB power hang clean and jerk
10 weighted lunges
