Overhead Squat: 5-3-3-3

4 rounds
15 reps dumbbell squat snatch right arm (50/35)
30 double unders
15 dumbell squat snatch left arm

Yesterday was Hoppin’! Literally. If the concept of full hip extension is not clear by now, watch out for flying PVC pipes. If you can learn to generate power from the strongest muscles in your body, the rest will follow. Stay quad dominant or lower back dependent and we’ll come visit you in the rest home on our way to the Masters Elite CrossFit Games ( I just made that up so don’t start looking for it).
