Congrats to Lynsey and Jake for their amazing work in our inaugural Paleo Challenge! Shredded body composition and increased athleticism. Definitely something to be said about eating clean.

Monday:
3 rounds
10 Burpess Broad Jumps
10 reps knee jumps
10 reps slapping push ups

then…

with 5 minute running clock

row 250 m
with remaining time complete as many air squats as possible
