The Final WOD

Well I am not sure what to think. CrossFit headquarters has released the WOD 12.5 and they decided to replicate one of the sectional workouts from last year. Strategy or laziness? who knows, but who cares. Get ready for a pure burner. This WOD is fun. Make sure you loosen up those shoulders big time.

Fran Ladder- AMRAP 7 minutes

3 thrusters

3 c2b pull ups

6 thrusters

6 c2b pull ups

9 and 9

12 and 12

and so on and so forth.

weights: 100# men, 65#women
