Good Ol Cindy

“Cindy”

AMRAP 20 minutes

5 pull ups

10 push ups

15 air squats

You will all being seeing some changes around the gym, you have most likely already started to see some of them. We want to make YOUR gym better. If you have any input please let us know. With that said I would like to say how stoked I am with all the energy and camradarie I have seen in the gym lately. This is what CrossFit is all about. This is a community! It has even been said that we may be a cult….well its a good cult, and one I am very happy to be a part of. I saw an athlete today (deanna, cough cough) jump back on the pull up bar after she had already finished her WOD. She did this to help encourage another athlete who was on their last round of pull ups. This is what I like to see! keep it up!!!

Paleo Potluck this saturday after the morning wod. Bring some Paleo goodness in. Be warned that Matt and I may be enjoying Non-Paleo approved adult beverages. We will also be taking the after pictures for the challenge.
