It’s moments like these that make us feel incredible, both athlete and coach. It’s even better when you remember to grab a camera and capture it. Brett started with us about 2 months ago and has already nailed one of the hardest and complex gymnastic movements we use. The muscle up requires all of the 10 General Fitness Skills to accomplish and can be extremely frustrating for even experienced athletes. More importantly, it’s a major accomplishment as a CrossFit athlete. Be proud Brett! I know we are!
