WOD for Friday 2/3

With a 23 minute running clock:

5 minutes to find 1RM back squat
Rest 1 minute

5 minutes for max rep double unders
Rest 1 minute

5 minutes to find 1RM push press
Rest 1 minute

5 minutes for max rep deficit push ups
