How is everyone coming along their goal progress? Please feel free to come in during regular class times to work on them. You might not get complete attention from whoever is coaching, but we will try our hardest to give you some pointers while we are coaching the regular class. We are considering setting up an “open-gym” time/day once a week for such practice. Times and days may vary depending on coaches availability, but we will try our hardest to accomodate you all and get you some extra practice time in. Please comment or post on our facebook page if you would be willing to come in in addition to your regular class times.

    Open gym would be AMAZING. I would bring you bacon if you had an open gym time. My goals are going well… except for my squats.
