Row 1000m
100 dumbbell push press
100 weighted lunges (same weight)








Do one thing today that scares you. Do something you’ve never done before. Make a choice, take a chance and make a change. Turn your obstacles into stepping stones, and your self-doubt  into encouragement. Keep your head high, go farther and take risks. Make today great.
