WOD for Monday
Run 1000m
50 push ups
50 power snatch 135/95

Reminder: Groupon users may attend classes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 7:15am and 5:30pm. There is also a Saturday morning class at 9:00 that is open to everyone.

These class times are to set aside to ensure all our athletes are getting the most out of their workout. Exceptions can only be made with prior notification from our coaches. Last week was awesome and I’d like to see the energy continue. Stay strong!
