Take 5 minutes to Find 1RM for each movement. Rest 5 minutes before beginning the next one.

Overhead squat
Front squat
Back squat
Total weight of 1RMS is scored

 

Tomorrow’s WOD (Wednesday) will be the same format as this but with Presses:

Strict
Push Press
Push Jerk

This is a great time to PR. Finish the year strong. Put your goals/New Year’s Resolutions up on the board!
