I always like WOD’s that incorporate a little bit of everything that WE don’t regulary do at our box. E.g. dumbbell snatches and T2B.

Thursday 12/15
3 RFT:

15 Squat Snatch-R arm 35#
15 GHD sit ups
15 Squat Snatch-L arm
15 T2B

If you decide to scale, work twice as hard/fast. Keep the weight heavy and get your toes as high up as possible. Do not sacrifice effort on this WOD!!
