This weeks WOD’s are all catered to this weekend’s event. Each time you are in the box this week, take some time to practice at least one of them. We are trying to program as specific as possible to be fully prepared. No doubt it will be cold, so dress warm because we will be running outside. I hope all of you attending are just as excited as we are. Since there will be a long gap between WOD’s, we are bringing a BBQ. Bring whatever food you would want us to grill up and lots of snacks and water. More details to follow. For today:
