Happy Birthday to an awesome athlete, Kelley. Hope your day is a good one and that you have a good Crossfit workout to top it off!

Wednesday 11/16:

Strict Press
5-5-5-5-5
3 x 400m sprints
full recovery

You can do the 2 minute shoulder to overhead instead of the strict press, or afterwards. There are some good numbers on the board already! Keep it up. And be nice to the birthday girl!
