Finally, winter weather.

This cold weather makes me want to move.

Tuesday 11/8:

Push Press 3RM
then…
30/20/10
Wall Balls 20/12
Burpees

Make sure you take your time and get a good warm-up. Muscles work more effectively with a long warm-up and muscle soreness is deterred with stretching. Especially with colder weather coming our way, do whatever you need to do to get your muscles warm. And an extra stretch after the WOD will also help. Have a good day everyone.
