Don’t Blow Away!!

Today’s WOD is anything but breezy. Someone once told me the wind blows away all the positive ions which makes us cranky. If that’s true…let all your crankiness out today in the box!

TUESDAY 11/1

20 min AMRAP
5 Deadlifts @ bodyweight
7 Uneven Ring Row Pulls

It’s a new month. Make a SPECIFIC goal for November and work on it. Write it down, and share it with your coaches and other athletes. Treat your workouts like practice and this will become your sport. Conquer your fears!! Be competitive but also encouraging. 

Also, does anyone need help with Nutrition? Paleo or Zone? Would some info on the website be helpful? Or maybe even some recipes? Opinions please. Have a great day everyone.
