WOD for 10/20

Strict Press 3RM
Each lift in the 3 rep scheme should be it’s own rep. Meaning, reset on each rep in the rack position, starting from your shoulders (not from the racks). There is no dipping at the hips, or break in the hip/ knee crease. This is one of the few “quasi-isolated” movements we perform. But it’s also a huge test of pure overhead strength. Go BIG!!!!
