Holy Crap!! 5 days of no posts?

WOD for Tuesday 10/11

5 rounds for time of:
5 power cleans 185/135 (go heavy and work hard)
10 pull ups
15 wall ball 20/12 10′ target only (the black one)

There never seems to be enough time in the day for everything. Sorry I’ve been neglecting the website, but thank you all nonetheless for showing up everyday. I’ll get caught up one day, I promise.

Woodland Mudrun– get registered now!!! If you haven’t already. We will be running individual, rather than teams, due to many reasons. The important thing is that you do it!
