Kyle just might get the “Athlete of the Week” award for his attempt at a huge PR in the Split.  We didn’t quite get there, but with just a little form and technique work, this will be a warm-up very soon.

We are playing around with diffrent times to open up for Strength work.  If you want some extra help, or just feel like moving big shit one day, let us know and we will do what we can to get you in.  This is your box!  Without you, we’re just a name.  STAY STRONG!
