Changes to schedule and membership fees

Beginning October 1st we will be changing our fee schedule to $99 per month unlimited.. We will also be adding more morning classes and adjusting our afternoon/evening schedule. These changes are being made for a couple reasons. Then most important is we want all of you to benefit as much as possible from CrossFit. By only coming 2 days a week, you are missing out on a lot of essential movements. We feel by offering more, we will all benefit. The $99 flat rate is, quite arguably, the best CrossFit deal in the area. I cannot guarantee how long we can offer this, but now is the perfect time to bring people into the community.

Our programming is not based on 2 days per week, which is where most of you are. Ideally, I program for 3-5 times per week. Lately, I’ve found myself programming to accommodate when people will be in and how many days you are in, trying as hard as possible not to duplicate movements in consecutive weeks. By doing so, I am not serving you all well and you are not getting what you want out of CrossFit. I am asking all of you to commit to at least 3 days per week! I promise you will see greater improvement in a short amount of time, versus sticking to what you’re doing now. You are all my most valuable assets and our best advertising I have. If you succeed, we all succeed!
