WOD for Friday September 23, 2011

5 rounds for time:
5 bar facing burps
10 Front squats
15 push press

We will be making some schedule and membership changes very soon… Like maybe next week. Be sure and check back here Sunday to find out what’s new. CrossFit is all about unknown and unknowable, so that’s my approach on this. Don’t blame me…blame the people who molded me.
