While some of us are pouring our fundraising guts out, Big Rob will running the Tough Mudder in Squaw Valley.  Rob has been training extremely hard for this run and could use every ounce of encouragement.  WE WANT PICTURES!!

I’m planning on going out to CFWS tomorrow and scoping it out.  My goal is to get there early enough to set up a good re-hab station and gathering area for us.  Be sure and bring chairs, snacks, water, beer, wine, whatever.  I’m guessing registration begins at 8 with the first heat running at 9 a.m.  It’s first-come, first-serve for heat times so plan accordingly.  Family and friends are more than welcome to come out for support and enjoy the CrossFit Community.  I will do my best to give you details as I find them.
