Deadlift Speed Work 3×8, lonnng negative, explosive extension 50% 1RM
4 Rounds for time
15 KB SDHP 53/35
10 KBS
5 KB Snatch each arm

For those going to FGB this Saturday, I will have details for a meeting location and anything else IMPORTANT tomorrow.  My goal is to have all of us arrive at once and set-up a base camp.  If you haven’t been told already, those participating should be tapering off.  Keep your efforts to 50-70% of your capacity.  If you have any special needs, ask your coaches for help.  The goal is “active recovery”!  That doesn’t mean watching TV with and getting up and down for trips to the fridge.  It means you still need to work, but with always some left in the tank.  Any physical activity is fine, as long as you are not increasing your chance of further injury, or a new one.  Be prepared!  Treat your body like the machine you worked so hard to attain.
