I wouldn’t advertisefor  or solicit anything  I don’t believe in.  I think Melissa is on to something that can be beneficial for us in the CrossFit Community and those wanting to take the first steps.  I have no doubt the information can only help us improve.  The rest is up to us.  Come check it out or tell someone you know.  It’s right here in the box and they may even ask What this CrossFit shit is all about and you can bust out a muscle-up and say, That’s what up!
