Hello Monday!

WOD

For time:

Run 1 mile

then 3 rounds of :

10 Pull-ups

10 push ups

10 Box Jumps 20/24

We will be a sponsor for the Woodland Mud Run www.woodlandmudrun.org October 22nd, as well as running a couple teams.  I would like to see all of us out there doing it, supporting others, or helping out.  The organizers will need some people to move awkward objects like tires, pipes, etc and that’s what we’ve been training you for.  Go out for a great cause and show everyone in the community what CrossFit Woodland is all about.  Teams run in groups of 5, so if you’d like to be part of one, write your name on the board under the poster and we will see how many we can feild.  There is also an individual event and a kids run.  You have no excuse!
