Leave it all on the floor!

Classic CrossFit post-WOD pose.  It’s the “…performed at high intensity” part of the CrossFit definition that’s the most important, aside from correct form.  It’s also the hardest part to teach someone.  We as coaches can train you to be your absolute best, but we cannot teach you intensity.  That comes from within you and only you.  You’ve heard me say time and time again, “you can’t sneak up on strength”.  You have to earn it by stepping outside of comfort zone and telling yourself it’s gonna hurt, but you will survive to do it again.  Once you break that shell, your possibilities are endless.

I would like to get a Saturday class up and running again.  let your coaches know if you’re interested and what times are good for you.  We did 10:30 before, but it was hit and miss.  Let’s shoot for something more solid.

    I would come to a 8:00am or 9:00am Saturday Class.
