Teamwork

Team WODs are a great way to get the most out of yourself and everyone involved.  Each member must contribute and pull their weight in oreder to succeed.  These four picked their own movements and I made the rep scheme.  After a grueling 20+ chipper, they left it all on the floor and showed true CrossFit merit.
