CrossFit can be awful, but worse when it’s hot outside.  Use the heat to your advantage and just be better prepared to suffer.  Globo Gyms are full of people who only like to workout when it’s comfortable.  CrossFit trains you to be able to adapt to the unknown and unknowable.  By acclimating yourself to the enviroment which you live, you gain a better work capacity in any condition.  Want to make the most out of your summer?  Come to the BOX!
