PR’s for Everyone.

Yesterday was a slow day at the box, but slow days don’t mean boring days. Anthony and Kelly both set new PR’s (Personal Records) with their Front Squats yesterday. Anthony had a 20lbs PR with just a little bit of form work with his front rack position, and could definitely lift more once his flexibility improves.

Then there was Kelly. Kelly, Kelly, Kelly…. HOLY SH*! she PR’d by 50lbs!!!!!, and could have probably gotten 60lbs if not for running low on time. Once again form with the front rack position was the key to her great improvement.

My hats off to both these awesome athletes in training, days like today are the reason I became a trainer.

Just so most of you know, you are all much stronger than you believe yourselves to be and with just more attention to form will all be hitting new PR’s for a long time to come.
