Personal Goals.

By next week I want you all to pick a goal that you want to accomplish by the end of June. It can be something as simple as a 5lbs Pr. on a back squat. Then make a goal that you want to accomplish by the end of the summer. Goals are things that are obtainable and verifiable, so make sure your goals are realistic. We will be posting our short-term and long-term goals on the white board.

For those of you out there reading this blog and are still on the fence about trying this “CrossFit” stuff out, shoot an e-mail to bigrob.dougherty@yahoo.com or fill out the “Free Into Class” form that is linked at the top of this page.
